Selemo Investment Holdings owns a Fund-of-Fund (FOF) private equity structure through its subsidiary Selemo Capital Fund. Selemo Capital is a Multi-fund Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) firm with legal shelter in both Maseru, Lesotho and Johannesburg, South Africa. The fund has a regional footprint into the African corridor and a “globally orientated” investment approach – we exist in a globalized economic system as such contributors to a global economy and competitors in a global market.

Our sustainability fund targets global green capital for environmentally sustainable projects. Selemo is fully capacitated to manage green capital looking to pivot in Africa for scalable, innovative, environment positive & climate beneficial, high-impact driven solutions.

The fund being an FOF structure follows both Single-fund structure and Multi-fund strategies. We tailor bespoke investment solutions ring-fenced to suit our investors appetite, capital allocation strategies and risk management perimeters.
