Name: Mlambokatzi Fanana Title: Chief Executive Officer
Bio: Mlambokatzi Fanana is a dynamic businessman and serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience spanning marketing communications, media, and financial services. A natural pioneer with an instinct for frontier ideas, Fanana has spent his career building businesses and unlocking capital in markets where both are hard to come by.
A Mandela Washington Fellow (Class of 2015) under the Business and Entrepreneurship track at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia, Fanana holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading, London. He also completed formative training in Financial Management at the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) in Beijing, China.
His MBA thesis focused specifically on External Risk Capital Finance for SMEs in Lesotho — a subject that would go on to define his professional purpose. Passionate about private equity, venture capital, and asset management, Fanana has spent the past decade successfully raising capital and building strategic businesses across Lesotho.
Under his leadership, Selemo Investment Holdings has become one of Lesotho’s most credible and active private investment facilitation firms.
